RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due and payable at time of booking. Final payment is required 60 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at time of reservation.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. CANCELLATION: Please advise Viking Escapades immediately in the event of passenger cancellation. Charges are as follows: CANCELLATION DATES TOUR PACKAGE PENALTIES Prior to 60 days: $500.00 Within 60 days prior to departure, fare is 100% nonrefundable.

UNUSED TRAVEL SERVICES: Any unused travel services are 100% nonrefundable and non exchangeable.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Viking Escapades will endeavour to accommodate special requests, for example, bedding preferences, special meals, seating arrangements, room locations, in-flight bassinettes, but cannot be held responsible when such requests cannot be fulfilled. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We do strongly recommend that you protect your trip by purchasing the appropriate insurance coverage. Your travel agent will advise the various plans available to you.

DOCUMENTATION/PASSPORTS/VISAS: Your travel agent is responsible to advise the documents you will require for your travel destinations. You must obtain the required documentation at your own expense. All travelers do require a valid passport. Viking Escapades is pleased to assist you with obtaining visas, where required. Visa fees are additional, payable to Viking Escapades, and will vary according to country of destination. Denied boarding by airline and denied entry to country of destination will occur if travel documents are not in order, in which case you the traveler will be responsible for all costs incurred as a result of refusal. No refund for the tour will be issued.

RESERVATION CHANGES: 60 days prior to departure, should you need to revise your travel arrangements after your reservation has been confirmed Viking Escapades will try to accommodate your request. 59 days or less prior to departure, your request will be treated as a cancellation and you will be subject to cancellation penalties. Name changes are not permitted.

VIKING ESCAPADES arranges travel services with reputable suppliers. We act solely as the intermediary and cannot exercise control over the suppliers pertaining to personnel, operations, equipment and product. Travel services are subject to specific conditions and terms, limited by rates, customs, practices and agreements of the suppliers. Viking Escapades cannot assume any liability for losses, damages, claims, or costs arising from: • Improper documentation of passengers • Flight delays, government actions, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism or any factor beyond our control. • Acts or omissions of any parties other than Viking Escapades or its employees. • Delay, cancellation or change of tour itinerary. Viking Escapades will and is limited to refund of all monies paid by the traveler and received by us, in the event of cancellation of tour by the supplier.
